Let’s Talk about Anime

If there is one thing we all like here at retro games it is anime!  One of the animes that has caught my eye this last month is the anime called Jormungand.   The story centralizes around a weapons dealer Koko Hekmatyar, an international black market weapons dealer who travels with an entourage of ex-military, selling her wares to governments around the world.  If you like story plots with a lot of back story laced into those action packed pivotal moments this anime is the one for you.  With a super interesting dynamic between her and the child soldier Jonah, who she basically adopted, this anime keeps the tensions high.  Lots of great character development in this anime and the gun fights are aggressive.  Definitely a must watch for those of you who have enjoyed animes like Gunslinger Girl or Gun Grave.
