1. Where do you ship? And how? And from where?

We ship online orders to all addresses found in United States.  All packages are shipped by United States Postal Service.

Since we know that you would like to receive your games as soon as possible, Retro Games Japan is committed to ship your package within 1 business day following the receipt of your order. If your order is received and payment is cleared before 2PM Mountain time, we will do the same day shipping.

We are based in Summit County, CO and all merchandises are shipped from here.

2. Do you ship on Holidays or Saturday?

For holiday shipping. we ship your order as long as Post Office is open. Post office is closed on some holidays and we won’t be able to ship your order on those days. Your order will be shipped on following business day. Please check USPS website for those dates.

Currently we are not shipping on Saturday.  If we receive your order after 2PM Mountain Time on Friday, you order will be shipped on Monday (if Post Office is not closed due to National Holiday).

3. What is your online payment method?

We accept all major credit cards (via Stripe) and Paypal.

4. Do you accept returns?

Yes we do.  We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

If you change your mind, please ship it back to us and we will give you an refund.  Please pay return shipping for this case.

If there is a problem with the item(s) that you receive, please contact us.  In this case, we will either send you an replacement or send you refund.  Please contact retrogamesjapanshop@gmail.com.

4. Do you sell on Ebay or Amazon?

Yes, you might have seen us on Ebay and Amazon. Maybe you found us from buying Ebay or Amazon.

We really appreciate when you purchase from our website since Ebay and Amazon charge us a lot of fees. If you can’t find the items that are listed on either Ebay or Amazon, please let us know. We will list them available to purchase on our website.

5. Is this website safe to shop?

Yes. We are thinking our customers first. If there is any problems, we will reach out and solve them. We are not big company and we are willing to talk to you in person. In addition, we use PayPal checkout and PayPal’s seller protection program protects you from any issues.

Please look at our Ebay and Amazon feedback if you are worried. We manage to keep 99.9% positive feedback on Ebay and 4.9 Stars on Amazon.

6. What if you don’t have inventory?

All our listings are listed as on hand inventory items. Which means we only list items that we have them in stock. We use inventory sync software to manage our inventory to prevent selling more than we have in our inventory since we sell on Ebay and Amazon.  So most likely we will have the items that you order.  However, rarely human error may happen because we list inventory by hand. When we find out we don’t have the item you ordered, we will contact you and refund the money your paid right away.

7. Can I request specific game?

Yes. We receive personal request all the time. Since we imports our inventory from Japan and we have rigid suppliers who live in Japan, we are able to fulfill your request most of the time. Please email us about game title, game system, and your budget. We will try our best to find them for you in very reasonable price.
