We handle with care!! We manually clean the discs to remove left over compound residue after resurfacing in which many other seller won't even bother. When you receive discs back, you don't need to do anything!! The Machine we use (Eco Master) is absolutely amazing. However, there are things the machine can't fix. Those includes "Pinhole scratches / Extremely deep scratches", "Cracks", "Label side scratches", "Disc rot / Corrupt disc data".

• We repair any disc based media (CD, DVD, and Blu-ray discs) such as music CDs, movies, and video games. Laserdiscs (oversized disc) are not compatible to the machine we own.
• We can repair any disc based video games including but not limited to PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5, Nintendo GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Sega CD, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, XBOX OG, XBOX 360, XBOX One, Neo Geo CD, PC Engine etc.
• Volume discount when you send more discs.

Our machine is amazing. However, there are things this machine can’t repair.

• Pinhole scratches & Extremely deep scratches.
  • Pinhole scratches are scratches that goes through from reading side to label side. When you see scratches that shows on both sides, most likely data inside is damaged. You can shine the light and if you see through the light from a hole or scratches, that means there is a pinhole scratch on your disc.
  • If scratches are so deep, scratches may be reached the actual data storage. We will resurface it anyways but the media may not be played if the deep scratch may have damaged the data already even though cosmetically the disc looks free of scratches.
• Cracks
  • Simply resurfacing machine can’t fix a crack.
• Label side scratches
  • This machine only repair reading side scratches.
• Disc rot / Disc with corrupt data
  • Disc rot can happen inside and outside of the disc and it could damage the data of the disc. We will resurface it anyways but the media may not be played if the actual data have been already damaged.

Main in Instruction

• Purchase repair service.  You can choose different number of discs from the dropdown menu. More you send in, more you receive discount.
• Send your discs to us.  Our mailing address is 2400 E Main St. STE G, Montrose CO 81401. Please make sure to pack your discs well so that they won’t get damaged during the transit.  Please make sure to ship with the tracking number. Please cover shipping cost to our office.
• Let us know the tracking number.
• Once we received your discs, we will start resurfacing. Turn around time is based on how soon you ship discs to us and how busy we are.
• We will let you know once resurfacing is done and ready to be shipped back to you. We will cover the returning shipping cost.  We will let you know the tracking number once we ship your discs back.
