The console powers on but it goes to a static screen and it will not move from that screen. The controller port may not be working. It will not turn it off by pressing the power button. The console is extremely dirty. I wiped it off but it still needs a deep clean.
Region locked so it will only play Japanese Games. It will play Japanese DVD as well. Not compatible with US PS2 games or US region DVD
