Region locked so it will only play Japanese Games. It will play Japanese region DVD as well. Not compatible with US PS2 games or US region DVD.

Condition: B. It shows some cosmetic wears. I tested with PS1 game and both DVD and CD based PS2 games. Fan seems louder than other consoles.
You will need 8.5V 5.3A AC adapter (Not included.).
Cleaned and Tested and in good working condition.
