Region locked so it will only play Japanese Games. It will play Japanese DVD as well. Not compatible with US PS2 games or US region DVD

Condition: Not in working condition.
Issue(s): It powers on and has video but it only reads DVD based PS2 games (silver disc). It will not read CD based PS1 game (black discs) and PS2 games (blue discs).
Cleaned and Tested and in good working condition.
