It comes with everything shown in photos.

This console is originally a Japanese region console and we modded to US region and now it will play US region games (It will not play Japanese games anymore.).

It is in Pastel Pink New shell. Power LED was modded to white LED. Also, clock battery was replaced with a replaceable holder with new battery so you can easily replace the battery in the future.  Laser was adjusted and a laser related capacitor was replaced to new one for long lasting functionality. Controller’s stick box and caps have been replaced with new one (3rd party made).
