It comes with everything shown in photos.

This console is originally a Japanese region console and we modded to US region and now it will play US region games (It will not play Japanese games anymore.).

It is in New shell from Bitfunx (Trusted 3rd party manufacture). Power LED was modded to Pink LED. Also, clock battery was replaced with a replaceable holder with new battery so you can easily replace the battery in the future.  Laser was adjusted and a laser related capacitor was replaced to new one for long lasting functionality.
